Return & Refund Policy

All concert tickets are final sale. Once payment is completed, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. The arrangements below apply to merchandise orders only.

To protect our customers’ rights and interests, we provide the following return and refund arrangements for merchandise:

1. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
2. If the product has a quality issue, is damaged during delivery, or is significantly different from the order details, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. Returned products must be unused and must include the original packaging, labels, accessories, and any complimentary items.
4. After we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, the refund will be issued through the original payment method.
5. Unless the return is caused by a product quality issue, delivery damage, or an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
