* Guests attending both sessions will receive a special bonus: [MINI PHOTO BOOK]. The bonus will be handed to you by STAFF. When entering Session 2, please show STAFF the ticket stubs for both sessions. STAFF will then give you the bonus.

   Please note: this bonus can only be collected at the venue.

[Benefits Session Guidelines]

The benefits sessions will proceed in the following order:

Send-off Session -> 2-shot Photo Session (guests with a photo ticket)

●General Benefits Session Guidelines

・Any physical contact with the artist is prohibited.

・Sitting or crouching while talking with the artist is prohibited. Please remain standing throughout the 2-shot session.

・Photography and video recording of any kind are prohibited during the event.

    If discovered, you will be required to delete the relevant data on the spot and will be asked to leave the event venue. Please take note.

・Do not hand letters, gifts, or other items directly to the artist. When entering, please place letters and gifts in the designated boxes at the venue.

・Due to limited time, communication through written messages or by showing the artist your phone screen is prohibited.

Interpreters will be available. During your individual benefits-session time, you may communicate a message through an interpreter.

●2-shot Photo Session Guidelines

・Only guests with a photo ticket included as a ticket benefit or purchased at the venue merchandise booth may participate in the photo session.

・Photo Tickets:

* Photo tickets (random trading cards) will be sold at the merchandise booth on the event day.

* Each person may purchase up to two tickets, while supplies last.

* SVIP and VIP ticket holders may still purchase two additional photo tickets.

* Each photo ticket may be used only once. Used tickets will be marked on the back. Thank you for your understanding.

・You must choose one of the four photo poses designated by the artist.

Poses other than the designated options cannot be used.

・A STAFF member will take the photo using the guest's smartphone.

    Guests may not take the photo themselves. Digital and DSLR cameras are prohibited; only smartphones may be used.

・Before the photo session begins, open the camera app on your phone (with LIVE mode turned off) and hand it to STAFF.

・A standing position will be marked at the venue. Please remain within the designated guest photo area.

・Due to limited time, communication through written messages or by showing the artist your phone screen is prohibited.

・After your photo has been taken, please do not remain in the area and proceed directly to the exit. Thank you for your cooperation.

●Handover Session Guidelines

・SVIP ticket holders must complete the form during the period shown below.

・At entry, STAFF will hand you a benefit photo prepared in advance with your personalized name and an autograph.

・The requested name must be within 10 English or Japanese characters, or 5 Chinese characters.

    Complicated names, character names, and voice actor names are prohibited.

[Flower Stands]

Flower stands are scheduled to be displayed indoors.

1 Size

Due to venue restrictions, the sizes and quantities of flower stands that can be accepted are as follows:

・Floor-standing flower stands up to 2 m high and 2 m wide: Limited quantity

・Backstage flower arrangements: Limited quantity

* Display space is limited, so only a limited number of flower stands can be accepted. If capacity has already been reached when you register, we will be unable to accept your flower stand. Thank you for your understanding.

2 Registration

Please email your registration by September 27 (Sun) at 23:59 to pineappleflower2024@gmail.com.

A confirmation email will be sent after registration. Flower stands without confirmation cannot be accepted. Please take note.

・Subject: Saito Shuka Hong Kong Event Flower Stand Application

・Sender's name (including group name)

・Representative's contact information (email address)

・Quantity, dimensions, and design image of the flower stand(s)

3 Important Notes

・Do not display personal information such as a real name, address, or telephone number on a flower stand.

・If the displayed content is deemed contrary to social values or ethical standards, the organizer or STAFF may refuse to display it.

・Display locations may be adjusted depending on conditions on the event day.

・The organizer is not responsible for collecting flower stands. Please arrange collection yourself and retrieve them promptly after the event.

・A deposit of 500 HKD is required for each flower stand. After nighttime collection, please remove all rubbish promptly. The deposit will be returned after an inspection confirms there are no issues. Thank you for your understanding.

4 Delivery and Collection Times

Please arrange delivery and collection during the following time windows:

[Gifts & Letters]

   A letter box and gift box will be provided at the event.

* The gift box will be located at the entrance. Guests wishing to give a letter or gift must place it in the designated letter box or gift box.

* <Items That Cannot Be Accepted>

・Food, beverages, and perishables (including fresh flowers)

・Opened, handmade, or used items

・Medicines and hygiene products

・Plush toys

・Cash, gift certificates, prepaid cards, anything with monetary value, and expensive items

・Anything deemed to be dangerous

・Fragile or easily damaged items, and oversized items

* If an item falls into any of the categories above, please do not place it in the gift box.

* Please write your name on your gift or letter so that the sender can be identified.

[Event Guidelines]

● Ticket Resale

    Each person may purchase up to 2 tickets. The same identity information may be used to purchase only 1 ticket. When purchasing 2 tickets, the accompanying guest's information must also be entered.

    Ticket resale is prohibited. If resale or an illegal transfer is discovered, entry will be refused and event participation privileges will be revoked.

    Ticket transfers of any kind are not permitted. Please take note.

● Ticket Refunds

    Event tickets are time-sensitive and limited-availability products. As a rule, cancellations and refunds are not accepted after purchase.

    However, if the event is cancelled or postponed due to a natural disaster or other force majeure, the ticket price will be refunded in full.

● No Photography or Recording

    Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the event.

    If discovered, you will be required to delete the relevant data on the spot and may be removed from the venue immediately.
