    Admission and ticket verification on the event day will be conducted exclusively using electronic tickets issued by KKTIX.

    Customers who purchase tickets through another platform will receive an electronic ticket no later than 10 business days before the event at the email address registered at the time of purchase.

    Please use this electronic ticket for admission on the event day.

*Due to venue constraints, the send‑off session for SVIP and VIP ticket holders will be held concurrently with the bonus event. Artists will wave goodbye upon the conclusion of the bonus event.

* Both VIP and General Admission ticket categories include seats on the second floor.

* Customers attending both Part 1 and Part 2 will receive one special [Mini Photobook].

    When entering Part 2, please present the ticket stubs for both parts to a staff member. The staff member will give you the bonus item.

    Please note that this bonus item can only be redeemed at the venue.

[Special Session Guidelines]

The special sessions will take place in the following order:

Send-off Session （General Admission Ticket）→ Personalized Bromide Handover Session （VIP Ticket）→ Personalized Bromide Autograph Session + Two-shot Photo Session（SVIP Ticket）

● General Special Session Guidelines

• Physical contact with the performer is strictly prohibited.

• Customers may not sit down while speaking with the performer. All customers must remain standing during the handover session.

• Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited.

    If any unauthorized photography or recording is discovered, the relevant data must be deleted immediately, and the customer will be asked to leave the venue.

• Letters may not be handed directly to the performer.

Please place all letters in the designated letter box located inside the venue upon admission.

• Due to venue constraints, the send‑off session for SVIP and VIP ticket holders will be held concurrently with the bonus event. Artists will wave goodbye upon the conclusion of the bonus event.

• Due to time restrictions, communicating through written messages or showing content on a smartphone is prohibited during the special sessions.

 An interpreter will be available nearby. You may communicate a message through the interpreter as long as it can be completed within your allotted session time.

• Requests involving character voices, character lines, or personalized names containing character names cannot be accommodated.

● Autograph and Two-shot Photo Session Guidelines

• Customers with SVIP tickets must register their requested personalized name at the designated registration area upon admission. Please ensure that both your seat number and requested personalized name are correct. Admission will only be permitted after staff have checked and approved the information.

• The performer will add the customer's requested name to a bromide photo that she has personally autographed in advance.

    Personalized names may contain no more than 10 English or Japanese characters, or no more than 5 Chinese characters.

    Complicated names, character names, and the names of voice actors are prohibited. Please use your own name or nickname.

• Autographs may only be provided on the official bromide photo prepared for this special session.

• Requests for any additional autograph, message, or content other than the registered personalized name are prohibited.

• All two-shot photographs must use the performer's specially created "Sumomo Pose."

    Photographs using any pose other than the designated pose cannot be accommodated.

• A staff member will take the photograph using the customer's smartphone.

    Customers may not take the photograph themselves.

    Digital cameras and DSLR cameras are prohibited. Photographs may only be taken using a mobile phone.

• Customers must stand in the designated photography position.

    Please remain within the marked photography area and do not step outside its boundary.

• Once the autograph session has concluded, please proceed directly to the exit without stopping. Thank you for your cooperation.

● Bromide Handover Session Guidelines

• Only customers with VIP tickets may participate in the bromide handover session.

• The performer will hand each customer a bromide photo that has been personalized and autographed in advance.

• Personalized names may contain no more than 10 English or Japanese characters, or no more than 5 Chinese characters.

    Complicated names, character names, and the names of voice actors are prohibited.

• All VIP ticket holders must complete the form within the submission period above.

[Congratulatory Flowers]

Congratulatory flowers are scheduled to be displayed in an indoor area.

1 Size and Quantity Restrictions

Due to venue restrictions, the permitted sizes and quantities of congratulatory flowers are as follows:

• Flower stands no more than 2 m high and 2 m wide  Limited quantity accepted

• Backstage flower arrangements  Limited quantity accepted

* Display space is limited, and only a limited number of arrangements can be accepted. If the maximum number has already been reached at the time of registration, we will be unable to accept your flowers. Thank you for your understanding.

2 Registration

Please send a registration email to pineappleflower2024@gmail.com no later than 11:59 PM on Saturday, November 14.

A confirmation email will be sent after registration is complete. Flowers without confirmed registration cannot be accepted.

• Subject: Application for Congratulatory Flowers - Sasaki Riko Hong Kong Event

• Name of the sender, including the name of any organization or group

• Representative's contact email address

• Quantity, dimensions, and a design sketch of the flower arrangement

3 Important Notes

• Do not display personal information such as a legal name, address, or telephone number on the flower arrangement.

• If the display is deemed contrary to generally accepted social values or ethical standards, the organizer or venue staff may refuse to display it.

• The display location may be changed depending on conditions on the event day.

• The organizer will not arrange collection of flower stands or arrangements. Please arrange collection yourself and ensure that they are removed promptly after the event.

• A deposit of HKD 500 is required for each flower arrangement. After the arrangement has been collected at night, please promptly remove and dispose of any remaining waste. The deposit will be refunded after an inspection confirms that there are no issues.

4 Delivery and Collection Times

Please arrange delivery and collection during the following times:

[Gifts and Letters]

A designated letter box will be available at this event.

* The letter box will be located at the entrance.

Customers who wish to send a letter must place it in the designated box.

* Please do not place any items other than letters in the box.

[Admission Guidelines]

• The venue consists of two areas: 1st Floor and 2nd‑floor Mezzanine. There are separate ticket gates for each area. Please enter through the designated gate as directed by staff.

• Standing on chairs is strictly prohibited.

• Outside food, drinks, and all types of beverage bottles may not be brought into the venue.

• Re-entry is not permitted after leaving the venue. Tickets will become invalid once the ticket holder has exited.

• All visitors will be subject to a bag inspection upon admission.

    The following items are prohibited inside the venue:

• Professional cameras, GoPro cameras, other action cameras, video or audio recording devices, and tablet devices

• Selfie sticks

• Banners, posters, flags, signs, and any other unauthorized promotional, commercial, political, religious, or offensive materials, including but not limited to flyers, stickers, and leaflets

• Items larger than 38 cm × 30 cm × 20 cm

• Glassware, cans, plastic or reusable bottles, metal beverage containers, water bottles, and insulated tumblers

• Stools and folding chairs

• Long umbrellas

• Inflatables, balloons, remote-controlled flying devices, and toys such as drones and model helicopters

• Musical instruments not used as part of the event performance

• Hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans, and sharp objects

• Fireworks, pyrotechnic items, and laser devices

• Smoking products, including electronic cigarettes and vaping devices

• Illegal drugs

• Animals, except police dogs and assistance dogs

• Any other item that venue management considers dangerous or likely to cause a public nuisance

[Event Guidelines]

● Ticket Resale

    Each customer may purchase a maximum of two tickets. Only one ticket may be purchased using the same identity information. If you wish to purchase two tickets, you must also provide the information of the person accompanying you.

    Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.

    If unauthorized resale or transfer is discovered, admission will be refused and the customer's eligibility to attend the event will be revoked.

    Tickets may not be transferred under any circumstances.

● Ticket Refunds

    Event tickets are time-sensitive and limited-availability products.

    Therefore, cancellations and refunds after purchase will generally not be accepted.

    However, if the event is cancelled or postponed due to a natural disaster, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control, the ticket price will be refunded in full.

● Photography and Recording Prohibited

    Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited throughout the event.

    If any unauthorized photography or recording is discovered, the relevant data must be deleted immediately, and the customer may be asked to leave the venue at once.
